Bottle Washing machine

The Bottle Washer of AMS Ferrari, in the base model and the evolution model, has a continuous cycle or alternate.
Designed for easy use the machines offer great versatility to meet the most varied requirements.
A simple and functional wash cycle allows to cut down operating costs (water, energy, detergent), to obtain optimal cleaning, thorough cleaning of the bottle, a complete separation of the labels and their total evacuation outside. The simple instructions for use and cleaning of the machine, combined with almost zero maintenance, enables high productivity and downtime are extremely limited. The production program provides both washing machines for bottles of recovery with the extraction section of the labels and washing machines for new bottles with the final section of sterilization.


Modular construction is stipulated which allows the customer to "build" the machine according to "his" special needs, adapting it from time to time for any kind of use.
The high quality and advanced technology are the basis for the construction of the Bottle Washers of AMS Ferrari.


AMS Ferrari Rinsers with fixed or mobile nozzles can perform single or multi-treatment that allows flexibility to meet the different requirements considering small, medium and large scale production. AMS Ferrari offers rinsing in freestanding version, synchro-block or turret.
They are able to treat the glass jars as ordinary bottles.

The sterilizers use solvents or other chemicals useful to reduce the bacterial load inside the container.
AMS Ferrari collaborates with the most important companies producing of sterilizing solutions (ozone, chlorine dioxide, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, etc..) providing the customer with a full service turn-key.

It is possible to combine multiple turrets on a single machine in order to make cleaning and sterilization cycles very complex and effective targeted at areas which require particular levels of sanitation, such as milk and dairy products, fruit juices etc.
This class of machines is generally complete by the suction system and laminar flows module on the turret of rinsing.



Sterilization of Delicate Products
The UHT (Ultra High Temperature) is the sterilization process that consists in treating the preheated and homogenized milk (and other delicate products) to at least 135 °C through the use of superheated steam for a short period of time.
The most common UHT product is the milk, but the treatment is also used for juices, creams, soy milk, yogurt, soups.
